J40/12888/2019, sole identification code RO41694694, represented by Bogdan Adrian Nicoara, in his capacity as Director (We or Bright Spaces).

Moreover, our mailing list is administered through HubSpot. Any personal information you provide to us in order to receive our newsletter will be stored on the HubSpot site. The HubSpot’s product infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States East region or AWS in the Germany region. 

We will transmit your data to relevant authorities when we have a legal obligation to do so; we can transmit your data to our partners that offer us services such as: legal, billing, accounting, security, marketing, user interactions, hosting.

Usage: Bright Spaces collects your data so that we can: (a) Present you this website and improve it; (b) Email you with news and updates on Bright Spaces and the Real Estate and Proptech industries; (c) Respond your email if you contact us via email; and (d) Manage your participation in our events.
