Bright Spaces and Impact Hub Bucharest are launching today a digital interactive 3D visualization and leasing platform for available spaces at Impact Hub Floreasca. Future clients can now access virtual tours, select their preferred spaces and request personalized offers.
Bright Spaces is launching a new innovative product dedicated to coworking areas in Romania and abroad, besides the solutions developed for its office clients. The first platform of this kind was implemented for Impact Hub Bucharest, the organization that supports the entrepreneurial development of positive social initiatives within a global community. Impact Hub has been present in Bucharest since 2012, and it currently has 2 locations here, in the University and Floreasca areas.
The visualization, interaction and pre-leasing platform for Impact Hub Floreasca’s private offices is LIVE.
Developing such a platform can take 2-4 weeks and requires a minimal involvement from the client. Bright Spaces is in charge with the 3D tours, the technical aspects of the platform and the admin panel that is personalized according to a space’s specific branding and specifications. This solution can be scaled locally and internationally, regardless the size or location of the space.
