Full Stack Developer

Hey, we are Bright Spaces and we are a VC-backed PropTech startup with a global mission: to help commercial landlords everywhere showcase and lease their spaces with 3D web technology and a savvy management dashboard. We have clients in Europe (UK, Hungary and Romania) and two offices, in Bucharest and London, and we plan to expand further, on other continents.

Being part of Bright Spaces, you will:

  • Be involved in developing cool web interfaces for the real estate world, microservices and APIs for our in-house projects
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (from cool, fresh new other proptech solutions or not-so-cool, legacy software)
  • Implement and test software modules that meet design specifications
  • Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms
  • Create, execute and document the tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements (technical, functional and user interface)

You’ll be a great fit with the team if you have strong knowledge with:

  • Restful API design and development
  • Design patterns, data structures and software engineering best practices
  • Microservice development
  • Webpack and their respective development workflows
  • CSS/CSS3, building user interfaces with multi-browser compatibility support, responsiveness (Bootstrap, Foundation, Flexbox), mobile first development
  • Git workflows
    1+ years hands-on experience with front end javascript frameworks like React, Vue or Angular
  • 1+ years of experience with frameworks like Hapi, Express
  • 3+ years of experience of working with Node.js or the experience of working with similar technologies & the enthusiasm to work with Node.js
