As a Customer Success Manager in Bright Spaces you will have the opportunity to own your own path to success – you’ll have a high level of autonomy and accountability. Being part of Bright Spaces, you will:

Collect the required data from new customers to have a smooth onboarding process
Be a point of connection between our production team and our customers by proactively transmitting information and feedback to the internal teams
Understand customers challenges, needs and goals and partner with them on the journey to success


Engage customers (leasing, marketing, asset management teams) to use our platform and ensure they are aware of the support services available to them
Help customers make the most out of Bright Spaces’ platform
Customer relationship management for increased satisfaction and retention
Handling customer requests – including proactive issue resolution

You’ll be a great fit with the team if you have:

5+ years of experience with customer-facing roles (sales, customer success, customer relationship management, account management, etc)

Experience developing strong relationships with new and existing customers

Project management experience with agile software development team
High growth companies that go from startup to scale-up
Digitalisation of traditional processes and manual tasks
Upsell / Renewal mechanisms
Extra skills that would be awesome:
Knowledge within the real estate sector

    Have the ability to translate customer feedback into feature requests for the product team
    Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and you are also organized and analytic
    Are proactive.
    You make it work even when you get “no” as a response
    Are a great team player but you also don’t mind working independently
    Are interested in understanding complex business requirements
