As Business Support Officer in Bright Spaces you will team with our CEO, Bogdan Nicoara, in our London office. You will take care of all administrative tasks of Bright Spaces’ CEO & London office. You will contribute to the growth of Bright Spaces by understanding the processes we go through, the challenges we face, and the opportunities we cannot miss and plan accordingly. You will help us be organised, productive, and efficient.

Being part of Bright Spaces, you will:

  • Take care of all administrative tasks. This may include all meeting logistics are taken care of, arranging international travel itineraries and bookings, keeping minutes, taking actions when needed;
  • Work closely with the CEO in order to understand activities’ level of importance coordinate his agenda in the best way possible;
  • Manage the content and flow of information, determine what level of support is needed, and delegate accordingly;
  • Variuos tasks & reports related to sales, market research and data analysis;
  • Maintain the contact with our team and partners; Plan events
  • Get an in-depth understanding of our business in order to handle present and potential future challenges; collaborate with other colleagues who can support finding solutions to these issues;
  • We are working from the office, remotely and in a hybrid manner. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the way we collaborate, so you’d be in charge of researching and proposing efficient ways of working, better tools we can use, strategies we should give up to.

  • You have excellent communication skills. You match your communication style to the specifics of the situation, and audience.
  • You’re a creative problem solver. We’re not a ‘one size fits all’ kind of company and we’re not looking for off the shelf solutions. You think on your feet and find solutions to problems that are anything but clear-cut.
  • You’ll be given access to confidential information about the business, so you’ll have to act with total discretion and apply sound judgement in responding to circumstances.
