Hey, we are Bright Spaces and we are a VC-backed PropTech startup with a global mission: to help commercial landlords everywhere showcase and lease their spaces with 3D web technology and a savvy management dashboard. We have clients in Europe (UK, Hungary and Romania) and two offices, in Bucharest and London, and we plan to expand further, on other continents.
We are a fast-growing team determined to have a product that will become a standard, top-of-mind choice for commercial real estate landlords worldwide. We are working with clients who want to embrace a better, safer, more innovative business approach. 
As a Business Development Manager in Bright Spaces you will independently originate deals, build successful business relationships and help us define the strategy.

Being part of Bright Spaces, you will:

  • Prospect & outreach new business opportunities
  • Nurture leads & close deals received through inbound campaigns
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
  • Ensure smooth handoff of clients to implementation department and client success department
  • Maintain permanent communication with existing clients and with prospects
  • Upsell & Cross-sell to existing clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer and market trends
  • Identify product requirements for our customers in Nederland  and provide feedback to internal teams
  • Serve as the voice of the potential clients to the Product Team
  • Provide feedback loop to marketing about lead generation strategies
  • Work closely with other Business Developers, Customer Success and Technology teams
  • Have an active role in creating the global business development strategy

You would be a great fit if you are:

    • Already familiar with Proptech & Commercial Real Estate industries
    • Experienced in B2B Sales (>5 years)
    • A very good communicator and negotiator
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up culture
    • Dedicated to continuous learning and growing
    • Full of energy
    • Curious about where technology and Real Estate are heading
  • A great team player but you also don’t mind working independently
  • A self starter and you can organise your own work
